Terms of Service
The terms you agree to when you use Atomic Studio Cloud.
What the service is
Atomic Studio is the name of the product, not of a company. Atomic Studio Cloud is a hosted service run by the company below, and these terms are an agreement between you and that company. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that company.
- Khomba Business Networking (PTY) LTD, a private company registered in South Africa
- Registration number: 2013/217447/07
- VAT number: 4450319621
- Address: Unit 2 Tana Close, 2 12th Street, 2195 Linden, South Africa
Atomic Studio Cloud reads a Figma design you point it at and converts it into Elementor content. The conversion runs on our servers, not on your website — the Atomic Studio for Elementor plugin cannot do this work on its own.
The plugin is free and licensed under the GPL-2.0-or-later. These terms cover the hosted service it talks to, not the plugin's source code.
This release is free and unmetered. There are no credits, no subscription and no payment. If that changes, the pricing terms will be published here first and will not apply retroactively.
Who may use it
You may use Atomic Studio Cloud if you are old enough to enter a contract where you live, and if you are not barred from doing so under applicable law.
You may use it on behalf of a client or an employer. If you do, you confirm you are allowed to act for them, and these terms bind them as well as you.
Your designs stay yours
You keep every right you already had in the designs you convert and in the content we produce from them. We claim no ownership in either, and we do not use your designs to train models.
You grant us permission to read the file you name and to process it, for as long as the conversion takes. That permission exists so we can do the job you asked for, and it ends when the conversion ends — we do not retain the design afterwards.
You are responsible for having the right to convert what you convert. Do not point the service at designs you are not permitted to use.
Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and covers the anonymous sandbox in particular, including its limits and the way preview links work.
In summary: do not attack the service, do not try to reach other people's data, do not automate around the published limits, and do not use it to process content that is illegal where you are.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability. This release carries no uptime commitment. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw features.
A conversion can also fail for reasons outside our control — Figma being unreachable, a file you cannot access, or a design our converter does not yet handle. A failed conversion costs you nothing, and your site is never modified by one.
The plugin is built so that an outage is inconvenient rather than damaging: nothing on your site depends on us at runtime, and pages already imported keep working whether the service is available or not.
What we do to your site
Only what you ask, when you ask it. An import writes Elementor content into your site as a draft, so nothing becomes public until you publish it. We do not modify anything else, and we do not write to your site unprompted.
Take backups anyway. That advice applies to every plugin that writes content, this one included.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, and where that applies to you, the exclusions above apply only as far as the law permits.
Ending it
You can stop at any time: disconnect Figma, deactivate the plugin, or simply stop using the service. Content already imported into your site is yours and stays there.
We may suspend or end access if the service is being abused, if doing so is necessary to protect it or other users, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to warn you first, we will.
Trademarks
Elementor is a trademark of Elementor Ltd. Figma is a trademark of Figma, Inc. WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation. Atomic Studio is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
Changes to these terms
The version and effective date at the top of this page change whenever the text does. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the current version. For a material change we will say so in the product, not only here.
