What this covers

This policy covers the sandbox: the converter you can use on our website without an account, and the previews it produces. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

The sandbox exists so you can see a real Elementor render before installing anything. It is deliberately free and deliberately open, and the rules below are what keep it that way.

A preview link is a key

Anyone who has the link can open the preview. The link is not protected by a password, and we cannot tell the difference between you and someone you forwarded it to.

Preview addresses contain a long random value, so they cannot be guessed or found by browsing. That makes them private in practice as long as the link stays with you — the same way a shared document link works. It is not the same thing as being signed in.

So: do not put anything confidential into a sandbox preview. If a design is under embargo or covered by an agreement with a client, convert it from inside WordPress with the plugin instead, where the result goes straight into your own site and no shareable link is created.

You can delete a preview yourself at any time, and every preview deletes itself after seven days.

Limits

Anonymous conversions are rate-limited per network address, and previews are deleted automatically after seven days. The limits are set so that ordinary use never meets them; they exist to stop the free path being consumed at volume.

If you hit a limit, the screen will say so and tell you when you can try again. Installing the plugin removes the anonymous limit — conversions from a verified site are governed by a much higher per-site limit that exists only to stop a runaway loop.

Do not automate around the limits, run the sandbox from multiple addresses to multiply them, or script it as a conversion API. If you need volume, get in touch — that is a conversation, not a violation.

What you must not do

  • Attack the service, or try to disrupt it for other people
  • Try to reach previews, sites or data that are not yours, including by guessing preview addresses
  • Probe, scan or test the service's security without written permission — if you have found something, tell us instead
  • Convert designs you have no right to use
  • Use the service to produce material that is illegal where you are, or that infringes someone else's rights
  • Present the service as your own, or resell access to it

Reporting a security problem

Write to security@atomicstudio.ai. We would much rather hear from you than not. Report it privately and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing, and we will not pursue you for having looked.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, block or remove content and access where this policy is being broken, or where doing so is needed to keep the service working for everyone else. Where it is reasonable to warn first, we will.
